TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, net inclusive of 21% tax and service valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
2. Maximum two children under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent are allowed and Breakfast will be charged US$ 10 per child (for Classic and Singaraja Wing level) while US$ 45 net/child (for CLub Wing level)
3. Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the Club Lounge after 5 pm
4. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
5. Minimum of 3 nights stay are required during Peak Season Period and no check in or check out on 31 December 2008
6. Compulsory Dinner is applied for staying on Peak Season Period with the cost will be advised
7. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
8. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

The cancellation fee is charged if the cancellation is made within:

1. During LOW SEASON Period: 5 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed or 35% of the package value for package booking
2. During HIGH/PEAK SEASON Period:
   • 16 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed or 35% of the package value for package booking
   • 10 days up to no show is imposed full lenght of booking period is charged
3. No Show/Early Departure is charged full lenght of booking period
