Terms and Conditions

1. The rate are quoted in US Dollar, net per room per night, valid from 01 January 2008 through 31 March 2009
2. The above rate are inclusive of breakfast up to 2 person per room
3. One Children under 10 years old will be free of charge when sharing with parent without extra bed and breakfast
4. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
